PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is given that Concrete Supply Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-C (General Permit Registration to construct a concrete batch plant located on 1518 Airport Road, Point Pleasant, in Mason County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.923078, -82.110364. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Controlled Particulate Matter (PM) = 54.61 tons/yr (TPY), where 51.21 TPY are fugitive emissions and Controlled Particular Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) = 16.75 TPY, where 15.18 are fugitive emissions. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 10 day of July, 2026. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
