NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF CHURCH PROPERTY GRAFTON PRESBYTERY OF THE
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the Grafton Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church, also known as Presbytery of West Virginia, located in Morgantown, West Virginia will, on or after June 30, 2026, GRANT, SELL and CONVEY to MAROULIS HOLDINGS, LLC, for Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($525,000.00) in consideration, the following described real property with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in Morgan District, Monongalia County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of West Virginia State Highway Route No. 7, on the Rock Forge side of the Bridge crossing Decker’s Creek, said point being a common corner to lands conveyed by Philip H. Nuce and Mary E. Nuce, his wife, to James J. Hall and Sylvia V. Hall, his wife, by deed dated June 18, 1948, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Monongalia County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 420, at page 45; thence running with the line of the lands of said Hall, N. 45 degrees 14′ E. 479.35 feet to a point on the western line of Decker’s Creek; thence along the side of said Decker’s Creek, the following 7 courses and distances; S. 58 degrees 43′ E. 164.36 feet; S. 24 degrees 43′ E. 133.00 feet; S. 7 degrees 47′ W. 153.00 feet; S. 80 degrees 17′ W. 135.00 feet: S. 56 degrees 38′ W. 150.40 feet; S. 48 degrees 23′ W. 175.19 feet; S. 29 degrees 23′ W. 95.31 feet; thence leaving the side of said Decker’s Creek, N. 75 degrees 43′ W. 45.49 feet to a point on the easterly line of said Route No. 7; thence along the easterly and northerly line of said Route No. 7, N. 14 degrees 17′ E. 151.96 feet to a point of curve; thence by a 35 degree 02′ curve to the left, 197.43 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.79 acres, more or less, as surveyed by E. S. Pell and Sons, Surveyor’s, in June 1948.
Being the same real estate conveyed to Thomas Clyde, Ward D. Stone, Jr. and Stephen L. Atkinson, Trustees of the Grafton Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (USA), from the Board of National Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, by deed dated April 7, 1986, of record in Deed Book 941, at page 202.
