AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that EQT Production Company (EQT)
has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an
G70-E General Permit Registration for an existing
natural gas production facility (Haggard Pad) and a new
facility (Haggard Booster) located on 4536 Postlethwait
Ridge Road, in Littleton, in Wetzel County, West
Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.65432636 N, 80.6201683 W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the
following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 32.86 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO): 66.42 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 30.49 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.13 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM10): 13.57 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM2.5): 3.25 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e): 32,630.56 tpy
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS): 5.39 tpy
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for
at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of
this notice. Written comments will also be received via
