The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.33334 latitude 79.95823 longitude The applicant proposes to add an emergency generator and to add conveying equipment inside the coal preparation plant building. estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Potential controlled emissions for the additional conveying equipment will be: PM 1.23 TPY PM10 0.58 TPY Potential emissions for the proposed additional emergency diesel generator engine will be: NOx 17.50 TPY CO 4.00 TPY VOC 0.52 TPY SOx 1.60 TPY PM10 0.51 TPY Total HAPs 0.01 TPY This permit application is for an existing facility, and operations are ongoing.
