The permit is located in BIG CREEK District of McDowell County, 2.94 miles Northeast of WAR on Clear Fork Branch of Barrenshe Creek of Tug Fork River.
CARETTA MINING, INC. completed backfilling and regrading on 6/2/2025 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $44,160.00
