It is hereby ordered that Paul Hicks serve upon Elisha Dawn White, Circuit Clerk's Office, whose address is 90 Wyoming St, STE 201 Welch, WV 24801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Modification filed in this action on or before July 1st, 2026.
