TO THE RESPONDENT:
It appearing by Affidavit of Out-OfState or Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondents, Unknown Father, is unknown and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, Unknown Father, serve upon Chelsea Jordan, whose address is 1206 Castlewood Lane, Bluefield WV 24701 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 6th 2026.
*A hearing has been set for December 1, 26 at 11:30 am before the Honorable Adam Wolfe.*
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
