Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Bridgeport City Council Chambers, 515 West Main Street, Bridgeport, WV, the Bridgeport City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance entitled Ordinance Enacting and Authorizing the Creation, Imposition and Collection of an Emergency Services Fee from Transient Occupants to cover the expense of providing Transient Occupants Emergency Services while lodging within the Municipal Corporate Limits of the City of Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia. Said ordinance may be inspected at the Office of City Clerk Lauren Rogers, 515 West Main Street, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to said ordinance at said meeting or continuance thereof.
