TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHARLES EDWARD JACOBS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an address that is unknown. It is hereby ordered that CHARLES EDWARD JACOBS serve upon PATRICIA LYNN JACOBS, petitioner, whose address is 703 NORTH CHESTNUT STREET, NEW CUMBERLAND, WV, 26047, and HANCOCK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, whose address is P.O. BOX 428, NEW CUMBERLAND, WV 26047, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
