AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice of Application

Notice is given that Berryville Graphics Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for installation of two Komori L640, six color, sheetfed offset lithographic presses to be located on 871 Baker Drive in Martinsburg, in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.3038 deg N & 77.5722 deg W.

The applicant estimates an increase of the following Regulated Air Pollutants: VOC: 2.6 TPY and Total HAPs: 1.5 TYP.

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of July, 2026. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
