PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A HORIZONTAL NATURAL GAS WELL DRILLING PERMIT, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT PRODUCTION COMPANY, 2200 Energy Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for a permit for a natural gas well at the following location:
The Ugly 31H, located at approximately UTM NAD83 Easting 558557.78 UTM NAD83 Northing 4379413.74;

This well is located in the Buffalo Creek Watershed, Mannington Quadrangle, Mannington District, Marion County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
