The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JERZI RICHARDS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of K.D., whose date of birth is November 1, 2025. It is ORDERED that JERZI RICHARDS is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 1st day of July, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise JERZI RICHARDS, biological mother of infant K.D., whose date of birth is November 1, 2025, may adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent.
