PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Princeton, WV will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of June, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, West Virginia. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to consider comments from the public concerning a proposed Resolution to approve a Lease with a term of three (3) years of certain property owned by the City of Princeton to Hall Hospitality, Inc. dba Princeton Pond House. The property to be leased generally includes the restaurant building and associated parking at the former "Reel Catch" property located at 128 Brick Street, Princeton, West Virginia. A copy of the proposed resolution may be reviewed at City Hall.
