QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
FOR PROCURMENT
OF FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT FOR
CHALET
RENOVATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the WHEELING PARK COMMMISION, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, will be accepting Request for Qualifications until 2:00 PM on July 7, 2026, from Materials Procurement firms/teams to provide professional administrative services for sourcing, tracking, and coordinating deliveries of various furnishings and equipment for the Chalet Renovations at Oglebay Lodge. Responses to this request should include information that communicates the experience and technical expertise of interested parties.
Responses should be submitted to Mr. Greg Salomon, Director of Projects for the Wheeling Park Commission, 465 Lodge Drive, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
All proposals must be received by the OWNER no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday July 7, 2026. One (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal (3 total) must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

The Owner will review submissions and schedule follow up interviews with those who submit RFQ’s. Please note it is the intent of the Owner to select a materials procurement organization and award a contract to the consultant who will provide the highest quality of service and expertise.
