And it appearing by evidence duly taken in this action that the Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the Defendant resides or is located.

Collins do service upon Michelle Barnes-Russell, whose address is 380 West South Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other defense to the complaint on or before August 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. otherwise judgment by default will be against Amandine E. Collins at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
