It appearing that the plaintiff, UNITED BANK, has filed suit against you seeking an injunction against you directing you to surrender possession of a certain 2021 Jeep Compass motor vehicle as well as money judgment against you in connection with a loan made on or about June 7, 2023, and has exercised due diligence to ascertain your whereabouts without effect.
You must appear and defend this action on or before thirty (30) days following the date that this notice is first published in the newspaper or else judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter.
Any response to the COMPLAINT FOR MONEY JUDGMENT AND INJUNCTION must be filed with the Clerk of this Court and served upon counsel for the plaintiff, ANDREW C. WOOFTER, III, at 2104 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
