Andrew McMunn ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-styled action is forfeiture of property to the State of West Virginia. It appearing by a petition filed in the above-styled action that United States currency was seized, to wit: Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars ($3,740.00) was seized from the control and possession of Curtis Dorsey, on July 13, 2017, 624 Mulberry Avenue, Apartment 4, Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia, following the search of said residence. The State of West Virginia now requests an Order from this Court vesting ownership in the State of the currency described herein. It is ORDERED that any claimant to the above referenced property shall serve upon the State of West Virginia, Rachel Romano, Prosecuting Attorney for Harrison County, whose address is Suite 200, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia 26301, an answer or other defense to the petition filed in the above-styled action, including the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process may be served, within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the property seized at anytime thereafter.
