The object of the above entitled action is for Keith Swift to legally change his/her name to Keith Martin. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Keith Swift to Keith Martin.
A hearing shall be on the 31st day of March, 2020 at 2:30 PM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
