ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO Unknown Father, father of L.M., date of birth May 18, 2025, be advised that a matter is pending in the Circuit Court of Taylor County, West Virginia, as case number 26-JA-12, involving your parental rights, if any, to a male child whose date of birth is May 18, 2025. You must appear at a hearing scheduled for August 6, 2026 at 9am at the Taylor County Circuit Court, at 214 W Main St, Grafton, WV. You can also contact the Department of Human Services in Grafton, WV at 304-265-6103 or the Taylor County Prosecuting Attorneys office at 304-265-3211. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you, your parental rights may be forever terminated, and you may thereafter be barred from asserting any future claims for parental rights.
