And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that 26-M24C-00376 DOES REQUEST THE EVICTION OF THE TENANT AND REMOVAL OF THE TENANT'S FACTORY BUILT HOME, AS WELL AS PAST DUE RENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3195.00, PLUS ALL COST INCURED, PLUS INTEREST.
It is ordered that ARONLD MYERS do serve upon CARRIE BIDDLE, Magistrate, whose address is 200 Jackson St/City County Complex Bldg, Fairmont WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before AUGUST 10, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against ARNOLD MYERS at any time thereafter.
