You will take notice that ELEMENTAL RESOURCES, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2025-C-000043 located in ELKINS CORP District, LOT 5 & PT LOT 12 RIVERSIDE A which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of JOHNSON TM & LULA H, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RANDOLPH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 5, 2026. ELEMENTAL RESOURCES requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after December 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
