Windmill Park Concession Stand
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Windmill Park Concession Stand project will be received by City of Fairmont, 200 Jackson Street, 3rd Floor, Fairmont WV until 12:00 PM local time on Friday, July 17, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of all specified site work for the demolition and replacement of the concession stand, construction of new timber steps, a concrete walkway, decorative concrete patio, and canvas shade sails as indicated on the drawings.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a unit price basis.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Monday, June 29, 2026 at City of Fairmont at the J. Harper Meredith Building located at 200 Jackson Street. A site visit will follow.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
