The permit is located in Adkins District of McDowell County, 3.6 miles Southwest of Jenkinjones on Unnamed Tributaries of/and South Fork of Tug Fork River of Tug Fork River.
MID-VOL COAL SALES, INC completed final reclamation on 06/22/2026 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $13,400.00
