TO:Constance S. Haun, General Receiver of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, and All Persons Who Have Money Subject to the Future Order of Said Court Which Remains Undisbursed:
You are hereby notified that the undersigned, Ashley Joseph Smith, Commissioner, who is required by an Order of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, entered on the 9th day of January, 2025, to state and settle the accounts of Constance S. Haun, General Receiver of said Court, which accounts remain undisbursed, shall, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the 15th day of July, 2026, in her office at 1708 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, proceed to execute the aforesaid Order, at which time and place you are required to attend with such evidence as will enable her to comply with the Order of said Court.
