The object of the above entitled action is for Erika Ann Baldauff to legally change her name to Erika Ann Lesnick. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Erika Ann Baldauff to Erika Ann Lesnick.
A hearing shall be on the 17th day of July, 2026 at 9:00am o’clock before the Honorble Judge David Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
