The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Majestic Care of Fairmont, LLC and Booth Circle WVA Reaty. LLC, CON File #26-6-13713-NH, for the development of a 100 bed nursing home in Marion County, West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $28,060,000.
