WATER RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on August 17, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance. Any person interested may appear before the Town Council of the Town of Farmington (the "Town") at the Town Hall, 1314 Mill Street, Farmington, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing, Town Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the Town Hall, 1314 Mill Street, Farmington, West Virginia during regular office hours.
