The object of the above entitled action is to give notice herein that a Petition of William J. Bradhurst, Jr.,
Administrator Of the Estate of Helen Bradhurst, For Permission to Settle under the Provisions of West Virginia Code
Section 55-7-6 has been filed by the Petitioner in the Circuit Court of
Berkeley County,
West Virginia.
And it appearing by
affidavit filed in this action that Genevieve Ahern and Josephine Martin are a non-residents of the State of West Virginia, who are heirs of the Estate of Helen Bradhurst, whose address are unknown.
A copy of said Petition
may be obtained from
the undersigned Clerk
at her office.
It is so ORDERED that a hearing regarding said Petition is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. before Michael Lorensen, in the Berkeley County Circuit Court, 380 W. South Street, Martinsburg,
West Virginia.
