Sealed proposals for asbestos and lead paint abatement and building demolition will be received by West Virginia Northern Community College in Room 102 of the B&O Building, 1704 Market Street, Wheeling WV, 26003 attention: Mr. Stephen M. Lippiello, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 15, 2015, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
After the opening, the bids will be compared for quality, thoroughness, and cost by the College. The successful bidder, if any, will be contacted by the College upon completion of the review of all bids documents.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, May 28, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 126 of the B&O Building, 1704 Market Street, Wheeling WV. Copies of the bidding documents will be available on or after May 8, 2015, at the B&O Building at the aforementioned address or via e-mail at:

The bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements listed in the bidding documents to be considered.
