On Sept. 19, 2020, the Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) issued an Order indefinitely suspending Ms. Bakaitis’ nursing license and imposing conditions for reinstatement to be followed by probationary terms and restrictions, based on a WV 2018 Bd. of Examiners Order upholding the summary suspension of her WV nursing license, which violates RC 4723.28 (B) (1). On Oct. 17, 2019, OBN mailed the Order by certified mail to Ms. Bakaitis’ address of record listed above and to an alternate address. Said deliveries failed. Ms. Bakaitis is notified that her Ohio nursing license, RN-345862, is suspended. Ms. Bakaitis may be entitled to an appeal. A Notice of Appeal setting forth the Order appealed from and the grounds for appeal must be filed with OBN and the Franklin Cty. Ct. of Common Pleas within 15 days after the last date of publication of this notice and in accordance with the requirements of RC 119.12.
