(The object of the above-entitled action is the Adoption and Change of Name of HANNAH S. HINDMAN)
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of January, 2020, Andrew Mark Barnette filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, his Petition for Adoption and Change of Name of Hannah S. Hindman, a minor, whose parents are Alicia Nicole Hindman and James E. Foster.
Notice is further given that on the 6th day of March, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, will hear said Petition for Adoption and will examine under oath the parties in interest. Any party knowing why this Petition should not be granted may file objections with the Circuit Court Clerk’s office.
It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Ohio County, West Virginia.
Further notice is given the hearing date and time may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
