NOTICE
West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to provide renovation of Campbell Hall 4th floor to include two clinics, with waiting room and a rough in plumbing toilet/storage room.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND FACILITY TOUR: There will be an optional pre-bid meeting regarding this project to be held at West Liberty University at Campbell Hall, Room 303 on March 10, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12: PM. Immediately following the conference, a facility tour will be offered. For those who do not attend the pre-bid conference or for those who may be interested in additional facilities tour please contact the Director of Purchasing, Shawn Todd at 304-336-8510.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Thursday March 26, 2020. One original and one copy should be marked “Sealed Bid #22020” and must be delivered via post mail or hand delivery to Room 315, Shaw Hall.
