The object of the above entitled action is for Brenda Sue Comer to legally change his/her name to Brenda Sue Minch. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Brenda Sue Comer to Brenda Sue Minch.
A hearing shall be on the 4th day of May, 2020 at 9:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Ronald E Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
