The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of ASHLEY HELMS, biological mother of infants J.C. ,whose date of birth is June 25, 2015.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ASHLEY HELMS, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant J.C., whose date of birth is June 25, 2015. It is ORDERED that ASHLEY HELMS, is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 30th day of March, 2020 at 9:00 am. for the Motion to Modify the Respondent Mother’s Disposition if she so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of the ASHLEY HELMS, biological mother of infants J.C. ,whose date of birth is June 25, 2015, may be terminated.
