Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 until March 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm for: 1 IBM 9009-41A with 32 GB main memory, 4 core 3.8 GHz Power 9 Processor card (1 core activated), HHLTO6 SAS tape drive; and four 283 GB disk drives, 11 LTO6 compatible storage cartridges, and UPS (Powerware 5PX 2200 1950VA/1920 watt, 120v), capable of running the County’s existing AS/400 applications. System must be configured with Raid-5 protection and will include required operating software, installation and conversion of existing software, data and applications.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No vendor may withdraw their proposal within 60 days after closing time.
