Sealed bids will be received by the Fiscal Officer, Puskarich Public Library, 200 E Market St, Cadiz OH 43907 until 12 noon local time on Mar 31, 2020, when they will be publicly opened and read, for all labor, material and services necessary for the Puskarich Public Library Renovation Project, based on Contract Documents prepared by HBM Architects. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders; Ohio prevailing wage rates are required.

No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Puskarich Public Library reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility.
