REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Ohio County Development Authority is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors and contractors for the following project:
AST and Environmental Investigation Project 03-2020
This work will include digging test pits and exposing an AST to accommodate environmental testing. The duration of this project will be no more than three working days. Bids will be received until 3:00pm EST Thursday, March 12. 2020, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 Attn: Bid for AST and Environmental Testing Project 03-2020. Information for Bidders and Scope of Work can be obtained by calling (304) 234-3893. Bids must include a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. Ohio County Development Authority reserves the right to: to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bids; to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder; to change or modify the Scope of Work; to change the time and date designated for bid opening; and to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion.
