Please take notice that on April 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by Jeffrey Morris, The Monastery, LLC to change the zoning classification of the following described area from EMO Educational Medical Office to C-2 General Commercial: Lots 6 and 7, and 1 and 332/100 acres on the map showing final revision of Goshorn’s Addition to Pleasant Valley Map, recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 84.
