It is hereby ordered that Linda Kay Adkins serve upon James Leroy Adkins, Petitioner, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 2224 Market St. Apt. 2, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before March 30, 2020. If you to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
