The object of the above-entitled action is for divorce. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied by Petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia for the entering of an Order by said Court granting a divorce. It is hereby ordered that CORTEZ HURON TOWNSEND serve upon Dawn Victoria Townsend, Petitioner through Petitioner’s attorney, Lorraine M. Eckard, whose address is 86 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before April 2nd, 2020 at 5:00 pm. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
