Take notice that the subject of the above referenced civil action is for the guardianship of S.M.W. and C.D.W., by Petitioner’s, Willliam Wachner and Sharon Roberts.
And it appearing to the undersigned Clerk, from the
verified Affidavit filed herein, that the current residence and whereabouts of Earnie Poling, Natashia Williams & Sabin WIlliams is unknown to the Affiant and Petitioner and cannot, with reasonable due diligence, be
ascertained. It is ORDERED that a hearing is scheduled for the 1st day of April, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., to be held before the Honorable Family Court Judge, in his chambers at the Wetzel County Courthouse, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV. The Respondent shall serve upon the Circuit Clerk’s Office, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition, otherwise, after proper hearing, the Petitioner’s shall seek guardianship of S.M.W. and C.D.W. and judgment for the relief prayed for in said Petition.

the undersigned Clerk at her office in the Courthouse in New Martinsville, Wetzel County, West Virginia.
