NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Treasurer of Buckeye Local School District at the Board of Education office at 6899 State Rt. 150, Dillonvale, Ohio 43917 until 10:00 AM, June 15, 2015 and opened immediately thereafter for the indoor bleacher project at Buckeye Local High School. Bid specifications may be obtained from the office of the Treasurer.
Bids must be submitted to the Treasurer of Buckeye Local School District, sealed and endorsed on the outside with bidder’s identity. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty.
If, in the opinion of the Board of Education, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, another proposal so opened may be accepted. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
