NOTICE
American Disposal Service of West Virginia, Inc., doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia (American), has proposed a modification to its tariff to provide that:
“Each customer is required to display an identification sticker, provided by the carrier, as evidence of being an active customer. This sticker will be approximately 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 and colors will be changed periodically.”
Anyone wishing to protest the above addition to American’s tariff or to petition to intervene in the above proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of publication.
