NOTICE
American Disposal Service of West Virginia, Inc., doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia (American), has proposed a modification to its tariff to provide that:
“All residential customers will be required to pay a two-month estimated annual charge before service is commenced. If a customer is delinquent in payment, American may credit the amount of the customer deposit to the past due bill.”
Anyone wishing to protest the above addition to American’s tariff or to petition to intervene in the above proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of publication.
