PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the West Virginia Division of Public Transit has established an overall program goal of 3.7{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in contract opportunities resulting from projects funded in whole or part by the United States Department of Transportation, for Fiscal Years 2016-2018. The goal can be met through race and gender-conscious and neutral methods. A description of how the goal was determined is available for public inspection for thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the address shown below. Public comments regarding the goal will be accepted for forty-five (45) days from the date of this notice (June 12, 2015).
It is the policy of the West Virginia Division of Public Transit that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises shall have an opportunity to participate to the maximum extent feasible in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with the United States Department of Transportation funds.
