Please take notice that on the 16th day of April, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Shaeffer & Madama Inc., Architects, 929 National Rd., Variance (s) from Schedule 5-A: reduce the side yard setback in the C-2 zone from 4′ to 0′; (2) to allow the required off-street parking on a lot under different ownership than building. Purpose of request: construct 3rd floor onto existing non – conforming structure.
The property is described as follows:
Lots 15 & 16 Rice’s Amended Subdivision of Part Seven of the John Woods Home Farm recorded in Plat Book 2 Page 40 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
More commonly known as 929 National Rd.
