NOTICE TO CELLULAR PROVIDERS
Ohio County Board of Education is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP) for cellular voice phone service commencing with E-rate funding year 2016. This request for proposal (RFP) provides interested service providers with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposal for consideration by Ohio County Schools (OCS) to satisfy a need that is compliant with E-Rate standards.
OCS may at its sole discretion allow multiple vendor awards of the services outlined below.
OCS greatly appreciates your assistance. Your response to this RFP will allow us to fully understand the scope of your organization’s experience and qualifications in the area of telecommunications solutions.
Solution acquisition is intended to use SLD E-Rate Priority 1 Funding. Service providers are strongly urged to review Priority 1 Funding requirements in preparation of their response.
The proposal shall include initial setup (non-recurring charges) and monthly recurring service charges that shall be priced separately for each service location.
Qualified firms are invited to submit an RFP to the attention of Mr. Bernie Dolan, Assistant Superintendent of Ohio County Schools no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, February 27th, 2015 at the administrative offices of Ohio County Schools, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003. RFPs must include a statement of qualifications and experience including but not limited to past experience with the OCBOE and other Boards of Education.

The OCBOE reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs actually received and to award a contract for the requested services in any manner deemed to be, in its sole discretion, in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
