It is hereby ordered that Joey Allen Westfall serve upon Heather Ruth Westfall, Petitioner whose address is 611 N. Erie St. Wheeling West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before June 11th, 2015. If you fail to answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
