The object of the above-entitled action is brought by Richard Summers and Tracy L. Summers, petitioning the Court for an Order that they own a certain piece of real estate with full title and may convey the same by special and/or general warranty deed by and through their attorney Gerasimos (Jerry) Sklavounakis of Sklavounakis Law Offices, 80 – 12th Street, Suite 300, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003.
Notice is hereby given LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee and Custodian for Morgan Stanley, MSAC 2007-HE1 by: Saxton Mortgage Services., f/k/a Meritech Mortgage Services Inc., and their unknown heirs that the above referenced Plaintiffs have applied by Petition / Complaint to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia for the entering of an Order declaring that the Plaintiffs have full title to the real estate described in Exhibit “A” to the Complaint that is located at the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia with full power to convey the subject property by Special Warranty Deed The Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of Courts. Each named and unknown Defendant must appear and defend on or before a date set forth in this order, which shall not be fewer than thirty (30) days from the first publication thereof; otherwise, a judgment by default will be rendered against the Defendants at any time thereafter.
