NEW PAVING FOR PARKING LOTS
The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, WV will receive sealed bids at its Administrative Offices, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 for its FY2019 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM NEW PAVING FOR PARKING LOTS until 1:30PM/EST on MONDAY, MAY 11, 2020 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years experience providing asphalt paving.

Specs and Plans may be viewed at the following Plan Rooms: Cleveland Builders Exchange, Pittsburgh Builders Exchange, Construction Journal and Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council. A CD containing PDF’s of all bid documents may be obtained through the office of the Architect, Shaeffer & Madama, Inc., 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of a $25.00 non-refundable payment and valid email address. PRE-BID MEETING: MONDAY, MAY 4, 2020 @ 1:30PM/EST. Interested parties are to meet at the Dorsey Street Apartments Maintenance Shop, Burley Avenue, Moundsville, WV. The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize bidders with the scope of work and answer questions regarding the bid documents. Interested subcontractors and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend.
